Delphina is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Operations Lead / Manager to help keep our business running smoothly in a remote role.

In Short

• Part-Time Contractor (10 hours per week)
• Remote role with occasional onsite meetings in Bay Area
• Compensation: $85-100/hour depending on experience
• Manage founders’ calendars and scheduling
• Coordinate team offsites and virtual events
• Manage payments to external contractors
• Support coordination of team benefits
• Highly organized and detail-oriented required
• Excellent communication skills needed
• Experience with tools like Google Calendar and Slack preferred

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations or administrative coordination
• Self-directed and able to manage shifting priorities
• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
• Comfortable using communication tools
• Prior experience in a startup or distributed team is a plus
