Part-time Finance and Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

Gifted Savings is seeking a proactive, experienced Operations and Finance Manager to lead internal bookkeeping, HR administration, vendor management, and team operations in a remote, part-time role.

In Short

• Manage internal bookkeeping processes in collaboration with the Comptroller and CFO.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll compliance.
• Manage accounts payable, including processing payments to vendors and contractors.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting for all accounts.
• Lead hiring and onboarding processes for new employees and contractors.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance.
• Support planning and logistics for team retreats and events.
• Document and improve internal systems, processes, and policies.
• Manage operational vendor relationships.
• Provide administrative support across the team as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit finance, bookkeeping, or HR operations.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online or equivalent accounting software.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
• Strong understanding of HR administration and compliance.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
