Overview

As a Virtualization Administrator at Dell Technologies, you will provide comprehensive systems administration support in a virtualized enterprise environment, helping organizations to leverage data and cloud solutions effectively.

• Maintain and monitor virtual servers and networks in a VMware environment.
• Ensure system performance and security compliance.
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting support to end users.
• Collaborate with the Desk Area Network team for network management.
• Assist in configuring and deploying virtual machines.
• Design patch installation strategies and maintain systems.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to servers and applications.
• 8+ years of experience in network and computer systems administration.
• Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required.
• Certifications in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure preferred.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
• Security+ Certification.
• 8+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Extensive background in enterprise virtualization solutions.
• Certification in at least one of the following: FITSP-O, GFACT, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, Sec+, or ITIL v4.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable.
