The Senior Engineer in Service Delivery at Dell Technologies will provide world-class support to customers, ensuring that technical solutions align with their priorities and initiatives.

• 7+ years of experience in remote IT infrastructure support.
• Strong experience with VMware technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure support.
• 6+ years’ experience with Vblock, VxRail, and MX Compute.
• Strong experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, SRM, VSAN, NSX V/T.
• Exposure to VMware Cloud Foundation technologies.
• Hands-on experience in handling SDDC environments.
• Knowledge of PowerEdge and PowerScale.
• Expert in managing infrastructure and IT management for Converged/HCI.
