• Coordinate, investigate, and report on major security incidents.
• Support all Dell business units and mergers & acquisitions.
• Experience in all phases of Cyber Security Incident Response.
• Lead and oversee incident response tasks.
• Interface with CSIRT and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct technical cybersecurity investigations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify malicious trends.
• Refine incident response processes and controls.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and other business units.
• Enhance global incident response function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in systems and networking.
• At least 5 years in cybersecurity incident response.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA.
• Deep knowledge of security technologies.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough investigations.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
• Understanding of cyber-attack techniques.
