Overview

The Mexico Site Director, Human Resources will establish and support People operations in Mexico City, focusing on creating a positive culture while aligning with global values.

• Serve as the local HR point of contact for Mexico-based employees.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including 2 years international experience.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices.
• Experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.
• High level of emotional intelligence and growth mindset.
• Ability to navigate complex situations impartially.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
