Overview

Del Oro Consulting is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Change Manager consultant to support critical initiatives within a client’s Finance organization, focusing on developing and executing change management and communication strategies.

In Short

• Contract position for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management.
• Proficient in Change Management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in developing communication strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for impact assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tracks of execution.
• Experience with Finance projects is a plus.
• Ability to interact at all company levels.
• Track record of leading successful change initiatives.
• Understanding of communications functions.
• Ability to synthesize messaging for stakeholders.
