In Short

• Provide operational sales support by assisting the team with daily customer care.
• Act as a key interface for customer communication via email and phone.
• Help create individual offers and manage order processing in the system.
• Maintain the CRM system and document customer contacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Identify recurring tasks and develop clever solutions to improve back office processes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Prior experience in office/sales or customer service, preferably in a startup or food-related industry.
• Comfortable with digital tools like Pipedrive and Google Workspace.
• Interest in startups and branding.
