• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Flutter applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code and deliver pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Work with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across platforms and devices.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart features, tools, and libraries.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an agile environment.
• Ensure best practices around mobile app security, error handling, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with 2+ years using Flutter and Dart.
• Proficient in Dart language and Flutter framework fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
• Familiarity with app architecture patterns like MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Git and agile development practices.
• Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
