5+ years of mobile development experience, with 3+ years in Flutter & Dart.
Deep knowledge of state management, responsive layouts, and custom animations.
Proven skills in Figma-to-Flutter conversion and solid Git workflow.
Strong grasp of mobile app architecture and performance tuning.
Familiarity with iOS & Android UX.
Clear English communication and proactive problem-solving.
Work on a PWA and expand to iOS & Android.
Drive tech decisions and optimize codebase.
Flexible working schedule and people-oriented management.
Paid time off and free English classes.

Requirements

5+ years of mobile development experience.
3+ years of production experience with Flutter & Dart.
Deep knowledge of state management and responsive layouts.
Proven Figma-to-Flutter skills.
Strong grasp of mobile app architecture.
Clear English communication skills.
Bonus skills: Supabase, CI/CD, k8s.
