As a Working Student in the Travel & Expense (T&E) team, you will support expense management and travel processes while developing essential finance and operations skills.

• Review and process employee expense reports.
• Reconcile credit card statements.
• Guide on travel booking and expense reporting tools.
• Assist in managing travel bookings and documentation.
• Update and distribute travel and expense policy documents.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to travel systems.

Requirements

• Proactive and detail-oriented student.
• Currently enrolled in business or finance degree.
• Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
