  • Proven success in managing large operational budgets.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hybrid role with office presence required.
  • International travel to global locations may be necessary.
