Overview

As a Security Operations Manager at DeepJudge, you will shape the evolution of our security governance and compliance programs, ensuring that our security posture enables growth and builds trust with enterprise clients.

In Short

• Own and elevate our ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Manage security audits and compliance operations.
• Guide enterprise clients through InfoSec and compliance conversations.
• Maintain security documentation and collateral.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams on security policies.
• Work with DevOps to implement security requirements.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are understood by all teams.
• Build a proactive security culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in GRC, compliance, or information security management.
• Hands-on experience with governance frameworks and risk management.
• Comfortable guiding security conversations with enterprise clients.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration with sales, legal, and GTM teams.
• Strong process instincts for scaling compliance operations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure during critical deals.
