The Team Lead, Web Design, will guide the strategic direction, execution, and continuous evolution of our marketing website, ensuring our web experiences are excellently crafted, technically sound, and optimized for business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of web design principles and performance marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and execution.
• Proven success in managing web initiatives in SaaS or tech.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of Figma, HTML/CSS, and analytics platforms.
• Adept at balancing brand integrity with data-driven decisions.
• Experience in agile environments and with marketing teams.
