Overview

The Senior Specialist will provide senior support to Global Corporate leadership, managing various corporate and commercial strategic initiatives to support the Global Corporate team.

• Support Global Corporate leadership in managing strategic initiatives.
• Assist M&A team with due diligence and corporate operations post-acquisition.
• Extend and protect intellectual property rights.
• Handle client consultancy matters as assigned.
• Advise Product team on commercial and legal matters.
• Engage with external counsel on financial licensing and regulatory matters.
• Conduct research on corporate requirements and processes.
• Ensure accuracy of legal documents and correspondence.
• Support compliance and corporate governance matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Corporate department.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in corporate governance or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
• Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce, Looker, or equivalent tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in English.
