Overview

As the Senior Regional Paid Search Marketing Manager for APAC at Deel, you will be the subject matter expert for Paid Search channels, overseeing SEM campaigns and ensuring top performance across the region.

• Manage day-to-day SEM campaigns for APAC including Google AdWords and Bing.
• Collaborate with regional managers to enhance Paid Search efforts.
• Ensure cohesive campaigns with Paid Social manager and APAC marketing teams.
• Monitor search performance and implement optimizations to meet Growth KPIs.
• Test and iterate on campaign structures and bidding strategies.
• Work closely with sales and marketing managers for tailored messaging.
• Collaborate with copywriting team for ad copy and landing page tests.
• Manage relationships with external Search vendors.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing SEM accounts for B2B brands in APAC markets.
• Must be based in Australia, Singapore, or Hong Kong.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Data-driven approach with experience in setting up dashboards.
• Proven track record in acquisition through Paid Search.
• Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
