Deel is looking for a Senior Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of our PEO enterprise and complex clients on our global payroll system, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in PEO payroll implementation.
• Strong knowledge of PrismHR software.
• Understanding of payroll processes in all 50 states.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
