Retirement Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Retirement Specialist is responsible for serving as the main point of contact with clients for retirement and benefits administration service delivery, ensuring customer service excellence and managing the day-to-day retirement and benefit needs of clients and their employees.

• Main point of contact for clients regarding retirement issues.
• Responsible for day-to-day retirement and benefit administration.
• Set up and manage retirement plan information.
• Manage benefits and inquiries for a small book of clients.
• Conduct virtual Employee Benefit Orientation Meetings.
• Own the build-out of client-facing benefit materials.
• Assist employees with eligibility and coverage issues.
• Lead annual open enrollment process for clients.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and carriers for necessary documentation.
• Ensure high-level customer service delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retirement and benefits experience with a client-facing focus.
• PEO experience preferred.
• High comfort level with PrismHR.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
