Overview

As a Project and Transition Consultant at Deel, you will play a crucial role in capturing client requirements and ensuring successful project execution within our payroll and HR platform.

In Short

• Develop change management scoping documents for client requirements.
• Liaise with implementation and operations teams.
• Document and track internal feedback on project activities.
• Conduct project planning and establish schedules.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of business requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to meet project objectives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on projects.
• Participate in project meetings to understand client needs.
• Provide operational support documentation.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into requirements.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Results-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the Payroll field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Experience with multi-country HR/Payroll projects preferred.
• Ability to develop standard methodologies and tools.
