Overview

We are looking for a Marketing and Project Consultant who is flexible, well-organized, and enjoys managing projects. You will have diverse tasks and advise clients, with the option to work remotely or in-office in Stuttgart.

In Short

• Plan, manage, and monitor online marketing activities for clients.
• Responsible for project management and implementation.
• Create clear and effective briefs for internal and external use.
• Develop cross-team concepts and campaigns.
• Prepare and conduct customer workshops independently.
• Conduct market, target group, and competitor analyses.
• Act as a sparring partner for clients on both concept and project levels.
• Manage external service providers.
• Oversee project budgeting and billing.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with knowledge of market mechanisms.
• 2-3 years of experience in online marketing or a similar role.
• Structured, independent work style, able to remain calm under pressure.
• Enjoy being part of a great team.
• Willingness to take responsibility and dive deep into client topics.
• Fluent in German, English and other languages are a plus.
