• Point of contact for clients regarding issue escalation and resolution.
• Manage client expectations and communicate consistently with Payroll Services Team.
• Conduct regular service review meetings with clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client SLAs.
• Gather and manage client satisfaction data.
• Build long-lasting relationships within the client community.
• Demonstrate strong ownership in issue resolution.
• Set agendas and record minutes for periodic meetings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Support a diverse and inclusive global economy through payroll services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing payroll functions.
• Preferred languages: Chinese or Japanese.
• Experience in global payroll (APAC) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to explain complex issues clearly.
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong proficiency in English.
