Requirements

• 5-7 years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of Mexican payroll and taxes.
• Experience with global companies.
• Ability to think analytically and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with tax software.
• Ability to operate in a structured and organized way.
• Experience managing payroll for over 500 employees.
• Knowledge of annual processes and reports.
