Overview

The Payroll Expert serves as a regional subject matter expert, owning end-to-end payroll execution for specific countries or regions. This role requires deep technical expertise in local payroll regulations, systems implementation, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience managing technology and external payroll providers.
