Overview

The Payroll Expert will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations in West Africa while working with a global team.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll and HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for explaining complex issues.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll software.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with multiple payroll technologies is a plus.
