Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll and HR experience in Uruguay.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to explain complex issues.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll software solutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience with payroll technology management is a plus.
