Manager, Accounts Receivable - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the accounts receivable function within Deel, ensuring accurate invoicing, collection, and reconciliation of customer accounts.

• Develop and implement effective processes for accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and credit management.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
