• Lead, mentor, and develop the Collections and Cash Applications teams to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Develop and implement collections strategies to improve cash flow.
• Analyze AR aging reports and DSO, identifying trends and risks.
• Maintain credit and AR write-off policies to minimize risk.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes.
• Work with auditors to ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and automation with AI.

Requirements

• Customer-first mentality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and enhance customer experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in revenue operations.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis and collections techniques.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
