Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding balances for our clients across multiple brands. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with customers and optimizing the collections workflow to reduce delinquency rates. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for legal firms engaged with the company for escalated accounts.

  • Communicate with clients to collect past due invoices.
  • Gather and report on past-due invoice ratios.
  • Maintain professional communication regarding confidential payment matters.
  • Collaborate with other teams for payment collection.
  • Train and develop team members in accounts receivable processes.
  • Address escalations from various departments for client resolutions.
  • Analyze delinquency rates and provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Work closely with Customer Experience for quality client interactions.
  • Act as the primary contact for legal firms on escalated accounts.
