Overview

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for maintaining healthy accounts and ensuring the follow-up and control of collections for the company's accounts.

• Ensure the acquisition of purchase orders from all clients.
• Obtain validations for timely billing of services.
• Direct and supervise collection management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting areas.
• Good level of English; fluency required. Portuguese is desirable.
• Proficient in Office Suite.
• Experience with financial accounting systems.
• Commitment and service orientation.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt.
• Teamwork skills.
