Accounts Receivable Manager - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the resolution, collection, and disposition of unpaid invoices while managing the accounts receivable team. This position allows for remote work and requires support for US Eastern Time working hours.

• Drive resolution and collection of unpaid invoices.
• Fill in for AR billing specialists as needed.
• Ensure timely preparation of invoices, including billable hours.
• Oversee month-end and year-end AR closing activities.
• Manage and supervise the accounts receivable team.
• Assist finance and accounting with billing and collections.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
• Ensure GL accounts are reconciled and discrepancies corrected.
• Coordinate with teams to address billing issues.
• Prepare regular accounts receivable reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
• 10+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Managerial/Leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
