Overview

As an experienced US Immigration Counsel at Deel, you will help companies address the challenges associated with managing today’s globally mobile workforce, ensuring they obtain the appropriate work authorization in the United States.

In Short

• Provide legal support and strategy for U.S. immigration processes.
• Direct and review submissions and responses prepared by Immigration Specialists.
• Support the Sales team with legal consultations.
• Improve processes and develop new product offerings.
• Draft petitions for various visa types.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on technology development.
• Stay updated on immigration laws and policies.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on immigration best practices.

Requirements

• JD and admission to a U.S. state bar.
• 3–5 years of U.S. business immigration experience.
• Experience with high-volume filings and various visa types.
• Ability to manage client deliverables and expectations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
