Requirements

• Experience managing Mac & Windows estates.
• Familiarity with mobile device management platforms (MDM).
• Experience in application packaging and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of IT security.
• Ability to automate device actions using scripting languages.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience providing technical services to customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Pre/Post sales support experience is a plus.
