Overview

The HRX Benefits Operations Manager is a senior-level subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end delivery and quality of benefits services across an assigned portfolio of Employer of Record (EOR) countries. This role ensures daily operational excellence, enabling top-tier support for first-line managers, clients and EOR workers.

• Manage benefits service operations for assigned countries, ensuring adherence to global SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for benefits-related issues.
• Oversee standard onboarding and offboarding benefits processes.
• Educate HRX Country Managers on benefit operations.
• Partner with Benefits Implementation and Broker Managers.
• Monitor ticket queues and prioritize issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a benefits operations role.
• Proven experience with Employer of Record (EOR) models.
• Exceptional ability to manage 3rd-party relationships.
• Strong aptitude for resolving compliance or service delivery challenges.
