Equity Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Equity Operations Manager is responsible for leading the operations and compliance of the company’s global equity programs, including stock options, audits, and cross-border regulatory requirements.

• Maintain and oversee the integrity and accuracy of data in an equity platform.
• Develop and lead continuous improvements and scalable automation solutions for equity operations.
• Manage the Stock Option programs end-to-end.
• Own and enhance the grant lifecycle process.
• Partner with Legal and Finance for alignment on equity-related actions.
• Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls.
• Deliver high-quality support to equity participants.
• Collaborate with Payroll for accurate tax withholding calculations.
• Work with People team for processing equity data.
• Design and deliver training materials on equity programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in equity administration or related fields.
• Proven experience using Shareworks.
• Track record managing stock options and equity-related documentation.
• Experience with equity audit reconciliations and SOX compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
