Director of Corporate Security, IT - Remote

Overview

Deel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Security to lead and oversee two critical teams: IT Security and Security Operations (SecOps). This leader will be responsible for safeguarding Deel’s technology ecosystem, ensuring strong defenses against cyber threats, and building scalable security strategies to protect the company’s assets, data, and people.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise with enterprise security systems.
• Experience with SOC practices, digital forensics, and incident response.
• Deep knowledge of monitoring and insider threat strategies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional communication skills across stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC) preferred.
