Overview

As the Director of IT & Security at Masabi, you will lead a strategic function crucial for securing systems and enabling resilient infrastructure, ensuring the company remains safe and scalable.

In Short

• Lead security strategy across infrastructure, endpoint, SaaS, and application layers.
• Manage compliance with ISO27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
• Oversee incident response, including drills and root cause analysis.
• Own the security risk register and drive mitigation efforts.
• Deliver security education and awareness across the business.
• Engage with customers on security matters and compliance.
• Lead corporate IT policies and oversee IT operations.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing IT & Security team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on secure systems.
• Provide strategic security reporting to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in IT and security within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of security standards like ISO27001 and GDPR.
• Experience in incident response and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills with customer-facing experience.
• Hands-on experience with IT systems and tools.
