Credit Risk Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Senior Analyst to join our Global Risk Management team. This role is critical to the development and oversight of credit risk strategies, frameworks, and processes that ensure effective management of financial risks.

In Short

• Develop and maintain credit risk policies aligned with the organization’s ERM strategy.
• Conduct in-depth credit risk analysis and evaluate credit exposure.
• Develop and validate credit risk models including PD, LGD, and EAD models.
• Implement and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Prepare comprehensive credit risk reports for governance committees.
• Monitor and manage credit portfolios, recommending strategies to mitigate losses.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate on enterprise-wide risk initiatives.
• Leverage data to identify trends in credit losses and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in credit risk management or financial risk analysis.
• Expertise in credit risk management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with risk-related technologies and tools.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CRM preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other analytical tools.
• Strong project management skills.
