In Short

• Analyze financial data and trends to drive workforce insights.
• Lead the headcount planning process in collaboration with leadership.

• Assist in preparing financial reports.
• Ensure data integrity across HR and Finance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of Financial Statements and financial analyses.
• Strong analytical skills for data translation into insights.
• Proficiency in MS/Google Suite and SQL for data extraction.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
