BI Report Specialist - Remote

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We are seeking a highly analytical and client-focused BI Report Specialist with expertise in Payroll and HR reporting.

In Short

• Design, develop, and deliver custom business intelligence reports for clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert in workforce data.
• Serve as the primary reporting consultant for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand HR/payroll reporting objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and training to customers.
• Transform complex data into meaningful visualizations.
• Maintain target levels of billable hours per month.
• Work closely with Product, Support, and Implementation teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and reporting templates.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through timely deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI/reporting in a payroll or HR software environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll cycles and HR processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Dev Express, Qlikview.
• Exceptional communication skills in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in a billable role or consulting environment preferred.
