Associate FX Trader - Remote

Overview

The Associate FX Trader will play a key role in optimizing Deel’s global foreign exchange strategy by delivering best-in-class pricing and execution across a broad set of currencies.

In Short

• Lead the selection and execution of optimal FX solutions across currencies.
• Build and manage strong relationships with external counterparties.
• Provide best-in-class FX pricing and execution.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to build the FX trading module.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate FX transaction capture.
• Design, implement, and maintain global FX and hedging policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an FX trader.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in front-office trading platforms; Bloomberg experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly self-motivated and able to operate independently.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
