Overview

Deckers Brands is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can analyze current processes and design better ones to align with business goals.

• Work closely with business and tech teams to turn strategy into action.

• Write clear documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience in consumer goods or retail is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• 6-8 years in business analysis with at least 3 years leading projects.
• Experience with Order Management and B2B/eCommerce.
• Familiarity with system implementations and global transformations.
• Agile, SAFe, or Scrum certifications are helpful.
• Strong understanding of business process design.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and guiding teams through change.
• Experience with AI or automation projects is a plus.
