As a Lead IT Systems Engineer at dbt Labs, you will be the technical lead on a small team of engineers, responsible for the strategy and execution of enterprise systems ensuring security, scalability, and user-friendliness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering.

• Experience with Okta Identity Engine and secure access frameworks.
• Strategic expertise in multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering leadership.
• Leadership experience in SaaS platform integration.
• Ability to design endpoint management strategies.
• Technical leadership in automation development.
• Experience in developing DLP frameworks and incident response.
