Corporate Action Income Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

As an Associate in the Asset Services team, you will be responsible for receiving, acknowledging and executing Client instructions related to corporate actions for fixed income and equity securities.

In Short

• Process non-expiring Ad-Hoc conversions and 144a to Reg S exchanges.
• Execute corporate actions instructions via Swift, DTCC, or Euroclear.
• Document analytical processing data for reporting.
• Build and manage relationships with various teams within the Bank.
• Ensure timely payments to clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between groups within the Bank.
• Participate in Asset Services innovation strategies.
• Act as a role model for new employees.
• Work in a hybrid model with both in-office and remote flexibility.
• Engage in continuous learning and adaptation to technical innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Moderate experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Expert-level analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-mindedness and willingness to share knowledge.
• Experience with Corporate Actions processing.
• Relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Detailed knowledge of Asset Services processes.
