Producer for Magic: The Gathering Online - Remote

Overview

The Producer is responsible for helping to create and develop Magic: The Gathering Online, reporting to the Executive Producer.

In Short

• Define and meet project milestones with the development team.
• Run the execution of the game development process.
• Craft and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Ensure live ops documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Facilitate daily scrums and project meetings.
• Identify and resolve issues between production schedule and design goals.
• Anticipate risks and implement action plans.
• Recommend and implement new processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• 4 years of relevant Game Producer experience.
• SCRUM Master certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong project/program management skills.
• Experience with JIRA/Agile/Waterfall/SCRUM development.
• Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering preferred.
