M1 Line Mechanic - Remote

Overview

The M1 Line Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving high-speed automatic manufacturing equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

In Short

• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision.
• Mentor other mechanics and assist with equipment design and installation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose machinery malfunctions.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Comply with cGMPs and quality systems standards.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical conditions.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations.
• Self-motivated to learn new tasks.
• Able to wear PPE for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
