Distribution Associate - Remote

Overview

The Distribution Associate is responsible for warehousing and material distribution tasks related to the shipment of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders.

In Short

• Process customer orders including scanning bar codes and picking cases.
• Palletize orders and verify accuracy before shipment.
• Utilize RF technology for order processing.
• Assist in dock manifest duties and operate ground/manual manifest station.
• Support other warehouse positions as needed.
• Must obtain electric pallet jack certification.
• Read and interpret distribution documents.
• Handle physical demands including lifting over 50lbs.
• Work in a moderate to loud noise environment.
• Be part of a team that values contributions and promotes growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) preferred.
• Ability to operate RF scanners.
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of general distribution practices.
• Physical capability to meet job demands.
• Must have normal vision and hearing capabilities.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
