The role connects marketing and sales, developing campaigns that generate interest and qualified inquiries. You will conduct structured initial conversations to assess needs, recommend suitable entry offers, and hand over the closing process to consulting. You will work closely with management, aiming for growth together. The role offers a perspective to become the 'Head of Marketing & Sales' based on performance.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales marketing/lead generation.
• Consultative and goal-oriented communication skills.
• Experience in campaign management, segmentation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM/MA tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership.
• Fluency in German; English is a plus.
