Overview

The Workers Compensation Legal Claim Adjuster is responsible for investigating and evaluating Florida Workers’ Compensation claims, determining compensability, and managing claims effectively while ensuring compliance with relevant statutes and regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of claims handling experience.
• FL-All Lines Adjuster or Workers’ Compensation License.
• Experience with settling claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Discretion with sensitive information.
