Overview

Manage diverse investigation cases covering Domestic and Commercial Property, Motor, Casualty, and Niche Products. Partner with clients to conduct thorough enquiries, report outcomes, and provide evidence-based policy action recommendations. Handle settlement negotiations for valid claims and liaise with police for fraud prosecutions.

  • Validate claims within DSI's structured process.
  • Support development of DSI staff.
  • Maintain contacts with external investigative bodies.
  • Ensure accurate time recording and adherence to fee rates.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Promote DSI's profile within the company and marketplace.
  • Handle sensitive material with high ethical standards.
  • Conduct professional investigations using best practices.

Requirements

  • Investigative experience and counter-fraud qualification preferred.
  • Insurance industry knowledge advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and team player.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of civil and statutory law.
  • Ability to handle sensitive material and commit to professional study.
  • High ethical standards and neutral judgment.
  • Clean driving license.
