Premium Audit Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

Overview

The Premium Audit Coordinator will support the branch team in preparing reports and managing appointments while providing exceptional customer service.

In Short

• Part-time remote position in Risk Management and Loss Control.
• Acts as a liaison between auditors and insureds.
• Handles high call volume averaging 8-12 calls per hour.
• Schedules and cancels audit appointments.
• Gathers information from policyholders and CPA’s.
• Maintains contact notes and updates in AuSum.
• Communicates audit needs clearly.
• Supports company values of being dynamic and innovative.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
